§ 31.30 CREATION.
   There is hereby created a Town Court, pursuant to I.C. 33-35-1 et seq., to be known as “The Town Court of the Town of Thorntown”, to be located in the Town Hall, or such other place as the Council shall designate. Such Court shall not be a court of record.
