§ 151.07 LICENSED PARKS EXEMPT FROM CHAPTER.

Mobile home parks or trailer parks which are properly licensed by the state are specifically exempted from the provisions of this chapter, except that this provision shall in no way exempt the business of operating a mobile home park or trailer park from the Ch. 152 and Building Code of the town.
