Mobile homes placed in the town shall have:
(A) A connection to the sanitary sewer system of the town, to be approved by the Building Inspector of town;
(B) Off-street parking, which shall be provided for not less than two autos; and
(C) Skirting, which shall be included within 30 days after issuance of the permit, of a type to blend with the design and color of the mobile home, and of a noncombustible material, except that framing may be of wood.
