§ 151.03 ALTERATIONS DEEMED CONVERSION TO DWELLING UNIT.

Any alteration to any mobile home as set forth in § 151.02 shall be construed as removing it from the requirements of this chapter and converting it into a dwelling, subject to the requirements of Ch. 152 and Building Code of the town governing the erection and construction of residential buildings.
