For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE HOME or TRAILER. Any unit used as a place of abode for one or more human beings; which is equipped with wheels or similar devices used for the purpose of transporting such unit from place-to-place, whether by motive power or other means, and includes any such unit, whether the wheels have been removed therefrom or not, and specifically includes any vehicle mounted on wheels or equipped so that the same may be mounted on wheels and propelled either by its own power or by another power-driven vehicle to which it may be attached.
