§ 150.089 GRANDFATHER CLAUSE.
All structures, additions, alterations, and any other building shall meet the setback requirements in this subchapter. If the building or addition is being added onto an existing building which comes under the grandfather clause and does not meet the setback requirements, the addition or alteration must still meet the setback requirements. If an existing facility is being structurally altered to the extent that the footings are removed, the building or structure shall lose its status under the grandfather clause and shall meet the setback requirements.
