If a building permit application shall be approved, a written or printed permit shall be issued by the Clerk/Treasurer, which permit shall describe the proposed building and its location as the same is described in such application. The applicant shall not erect, demolish or construct any building or structure or another kind, character or description than the one described in the application and permit. A building permit will expire the earlier of two years from the date of issuance, or when removed from public display.
