§ 150.041 GROUND FOR DENIAL.

   The Building Inspector shall deny any application for a building permit for any of the following reasons:

   (A)   If any part of such application violates any applicable provision of this Code;

   (B)   If any part of such application is a violation of any law of the state; or

   (C)   If any part of such application would be materially detrimental to the public welfare.
