§ 150.040 ACTION BY BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   The Building Inspector is hereby designated and authorized as the enforcement officer to approve or disapprove each application under this subchapter. The Clerk/Treasurer shall deliver all such applications to the Building Inspector as soon as practical. The Building Inspector shall review such application as soon as practical and approve or disapprove such application and so notify the Clerk/Treasurer.
