§ 150.008 EFFECT OF ANNEXATIONS.
   This subchapter shall apply to any lands annexed to and which may become a part of the town at any future date, and the lands so annexed shall be bound the same as they would have been bound had they been a part of the town at the time of the passage of this subchapter.
