For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GRASS. Any grass which has not been cut and is over the height of 12 inches.
NOXIOUS WEEDS. Any weed over 12 inches in height, defined by the USDA as of a prohibited or restricted nature and including, but not limited to, Canadian and bull thistles, bind weed, wild garlic, wild grasses such as crab, Johnson, pepper and quack, giant fox tail, wintercrest, buck horn, corn cockle, curled dock, dodder, horse nettle, oxcye daisy, pennycrest, wild mustard, and horse weeds.
