§ 30.04 ABOLISHING LEGISLATIVE DISTRICTS.
   (A)   The three voting district wards are hereby abolished.
   (B)   Future members of the Town Council are to be elected at large.
   (C)   This section is effective upon passage and publication as required by state statute.
