Variances must be obtained from the IDEM - Office of Air Quality - Air Compliance Branch or its designated agent or agents for the following circumstances:
(A) Burning of refuse consisting of material resulting from a natural disaster;
(B) Burning for the purpose of fire training; or
(C) Burning of natural growth derived from a clearing operation or removal of natural growth for change in the use of the land.
