This subchapter applies to all outdoor burning and trash burning within the town.
(A) This subchapter does not apply to grilling or cooking using charcoal, wood, propane, natural gas in cooking, or grilling appliances.
(B) This subchapter does not apply to burning in a stove, furnace, fireplace, or other heating device unless the material being burned includes trash as defined in § 92.38.
(C) This subchapter does not apply to the use of propane, acetylene, natural gas, gasoline, or kerosene in a device intended for heating construction or maintenance activities.
