(A) (1) Authorized junk yards, scrap metal processing facilities, and automobile repair facilities shall be required to completely screen junk vehicles from public streets and adjoining property.
(2) Such screening shall consist of fencing and or block or brick walls. Any screening shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
(a) Fences or walls shall be neatly constructed of opaque material and maintained to ensure opaqueness;
(b) It shall not be less than six reel in height above ground;
(c) It shall be maintained in a condition so as to ensure opaqueness; or
(d) It shall not contain advertising.
