Any person excavating, digging, or cutting into any street or alley of the town shall notify the Street Commissioner before taking any such action and will repair such street or alley to a condition equal to its original condition and to the satisfaction of the Street Commissioner. Failure to satisfactorily repair any such street or alley shall result in revocation of the permit provided for herein and forfeiture of the bond posted.
