When an outside entity desires to commence construction for any purpose within the public right-of-way of a street, alley, sidewalk or bicycle/pedestrian pathway within the Town of Thorntown, the outside entity must submit to the Town Council of the Town of Thorntown a permit application, which is attached to Ordinance 2018-10 as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, a $25 permit fee and a $1,000 bond.
