§ 90.05 FINES; FEES.
   (A)   Payment. All payments and fines required in this chapter shall be made to the Town Clerk/Treasurer unless otherwise stated in §§ 90.01, 90.02 and 90.99 adopting the Boone County Animal Control Ordinance.
   (B)   Disposition. Fines and fees collected from the enforcement of this chapter shall go into a fund which shall help purchase tags, food, shelter, and other necessary equipment to assist in the enforcement of these provisions.
