SCHEDULE II. “U” PARKING.
   (A)   “U” parking on Main Street (State Road 47) between West Street (State Road 75) and Front Street in the town will be prohibited.
   (B)   Violation of this schedule shall be classified as a Class C infraction.
   (C)   A judgment of an amount set from time to time by Town Council may be entered for a violation constituting a Class C infraction.
