SCHEDULE VII. STREETS UPON WHICH GOLF CARTS MAY BE OPERATED.

   (A)   Golf carts may be operated on all town streets.

   (B)   (1)   Golf carts are prohibited on the following streets except to cross said streets:

         (a)   State Road 41 (Main Street); and

         (b)   State Road 75 (West Street).

      (2)   Exception to this will be as follows: during town parades; festivals; and special events.
