§ 10.24 DESIGNATION OF A MISDEMEANOR.
   (A)   The Town Council does not have the statutory authority to determine if the violation of an ordinance is a “misdemeanor”.
   (B)   The word misdemeanor, whenever it is appears in the ordinances, from November 21, 1994, shall be replaced with “violation of ordinance” or any similar phrase which shall correct the intent of every existing ordinance.
   (C)   This section shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
   (D)   This section shall be effective upon passage.
