SCHEDULE III. TWO-WAY TRAFFIC.

   (A)   The purpose of this schedule is to permit two-way traffic on a section of North Market Street to accommodate school bus traffic.

   (B)   From the intersection of North Market Street and Bethel Road proceeding north to Fairfield Street, bordering the east side of the former railroad shall become open for two-way traffic.

   (C)   From the intersection of North Market Street and Fairfield Street, traffic will continue to be restricted to run one way north.
