§ 73.53 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   All town employees are exempt from the above rules and regulations when using a golf cart for town business.
   (B)   Exceptions will be made to the rules and regulations at the discretion of the Town Marshal during town parades, festivals, and/or special events.
