§ 73.47 TIMES OF OPERATION.
   Golf carts may be operated during the following times.
   (A)   Carts may be driven on roads only from sunrise to sunset unless the cart is equipped with two headlights (one on each side of the front of the cart) and two operating taillights with brake lights (one on each side of the rear of the cart) which are visible from a distance of 500 feet.
   (B)   Golf carts are prohibited on streets during inclement weather when visibility is reduced or impaired by weather, smoke, fog, or other conditions or at any other time there is insufficient light to clearly see a person or vehicle on a roadway at a distance of 500 feet.
