§ 70.17 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBCHAPTER REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall roller skate or ride a skateboard in any public place within the town except where specifically authorized by this subchapter.
   (B)   No person shall roller skate in any public place within the town without complying with the rules and regulations as set forth in this subchapter.
