§ 70.15 REMOVAL OF BICYCLES ILLEGALLY PARKED ON SIDEWALKS; REDEMPTION.
   The Police Department is hereby authorized and directed to remove, or cause to be removed, any bicycle found parked or laying on the sidewalk on Main Street as defined in Ch. 74, Schd. IV, to the Police Station where the owner thereof may reclaim his or her bicycle upon proof of ownership.
