§ 52.061 DISCHARGE PERMIT DECISIONS.

The Superintendent will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within 15 days of receipt of a complete permit application, the Superintendent will determine whether to issue an individual wastewater discharge permit. The Superintendent may deny any application for an individual wastewater discharge permit.
