§ 52.026 UNAUTHORIZED ALTERING OF PUBLIC SEWERS.
   No unauthorized person shall uncover, make connections with. or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the Superintendent.
