The town may adopt reasonable fees for reimbursement of costs of setting up and operating the town’s pretreatment program, which may include:
(A) Permit. Fees for wastewater discharge permit applications including the cost of processing such applications.
(B) Monitoring, inspection, and surveillance procedure. Fees for monitoring, inspection, and surveillance procedures including the cost of collection and analyzing a user’s discharge, and reviewing monitoring reports and certification statements submitted by users.
(C) Responding and reviewing accidental discharges. Fees for reviewing and responding to accidental discharge procedures and construction.
(D) Sewer rates generally. For use of, and services rendered by, the sewer works, each user shall be charge in an amount based upon the fee schedule provided in division (B) below.
(E) Calculation of increase amount and pro forma rates and charges.
