There is hereby created and established a Volunteer Ambulance Service which shall respond to and educate the public in all matters pertaining to medical emergencies, prevention and care for all medical emergency apparatus and other Municipal property in its charge and perform additional duties as may be assigned to it by resolution or ordinance of the Town Council.
