It is unlawful for any person to burn household garbage in the open air within the bounds of the Town. The burning of fields in agricultural zones or leaf and grass rakings may be burned, unless the governing body may, by separate resolution, prohibit. Provided, however, that the foregoing shall not apply to controlled burning of buildings and the burning of weeds and refuse in vacant lots under the supervision of the Fire Chief. The town adheres to Lincoln County fire restrictions.
