4-1-3: DECLARED HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD:
The Town Council finds that for purposes of this chapter, any abandoned or derelict vehicle remaining on public property is declared to be a health and safety hazard within the community and is subject to removal and disposition as provided in this chapter.
