A. Business License Fees: Any current business or any new business applying for a business license in the Town shall pay an annual license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per fiscal year, or any portion of the current fiscal year subject to a June 30th expiration date. A citation will be issued to each business owner for failure to obtain said license with a five (5) day probation period to purchase a business license from the Town Clerk.

B. Payment Of Fees: All fees and charges for business licenses shall be paid in advance at the time application is made therefor to the Town Clerk. Except as otherwise provided, all license fees shall become part of the general fund.
