11-5-11: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL:
   A.   Upon approval and execution of the developer’s agreement, the applicant can submit the final plat application to the Town Council for consideration. The final plat shall contain all information outlined in Chapter 4B. The final plat shall also contain the following additional information:
      1.   The proposed subdivision name. (It must be distinct from any other plat recorded in the County. North arrow required.)
      2.   Details of proposed development. All lots shall have clear dimensions, boundaries and liner footages of lot width and depth. Square footage of each lot shall be clearly shown in hundredths of an acre (and square foot for lots less than 0.5 acres in size).
      3   All survey monument locations and related information.
      4.   Any street dedications, street names and street dimensions.
      5.   Any areas dedicated for public use or purpose.
      6.   Length and width of blocks.
      7.   Any existing structures.
      8.   Every existing right-of-way and recorded easements for any underground facilities, water conveyance facility or any other utility facility.
      9.   Any other utility facility or roadway that is not recorded that the owner or applicant has knowledge of.
      10.   Any other information that the owner or applicant has constructive knowledge of including information from the state engineers’ office, from any surveys done on the subject property, from FEMA or the Army Corps of Engineers.
      11.   The approval signature blocks for the owner, surveyor, Clerk, Mayor, and Clerk of Lincoln County. All signatures shall be on the final plat and the owner(s) signature(s) must be notarized.
   B.   The Town Council shall not approve the final plat until all the improvements required by this title have been installed, inspected, or properly secured as required by Chapter 5.
**If no public infrastructure or other public improvements are required, the preliminary and final plat may be reviewed concurrently.
