A. Any person making the survey who is not an officer of the Town, before entering upon the work, shall subscribe an oath to:
1. Faithfully, diligently and to the best of his ability make the survey;
2. Make field notes and report accurately the results of the survey and the description of the boundaries.
B. The oath shall be filed with the Town Clerk and a copy thereof shall be attached to the certificate filed with the County Clerk.
