1-8-23: APPLICABILITY OF WYOMING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT:
In all proceedings before an agency pursuant to the rules set forth in this chapter, the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Wyoming Statutes sections 16-3-101 et seq., as amended, shall apply. If a conflict arises between such Act and the rules set forth in this article, the Act shall supersede these rules.
