The agency before which a hearing pursuant to this chapter is conducted shall, following the full and complete hearing, make and enter a written decision and order in all contested cases, in accordance with the provisions of Wyoming Statutes section 16-3-110, as amended. Such decisions and orders shall be filed with the agency and will, without further action, become the decision and order as a result of the hearing. Upon entry and filing, the agency shall send a copy by prepaid mail to each party or their attorneys of record.
