1-8-16: APPLICABILITY OF CIVIL RULES OF PROCEDURE:
The rules of practice and procedure contained in the Rules of Civil Procedure of Wyoming, insofar as the same may be applicable and not inconsistent with the laws of the State in matters before an agency and applicable to the rules, order and regulations promulgated by an agency under such laws, shall apply.
