The presiding officer of the agency before which a proceeding is initiated pursuant to the rules set forth in this chapter shall, upon written request of any part to the proceedings, issue subpoenas for appearance or to produce books, papers or other documents or subpoenas duces tecum in accordance with the provisions of Wyoming Statutes section 16-3-107, as amended.
