1-8-12: HEARINGS; DATE; NOTICE; REPRESENTATIVES:
After the issues of the case have been joined the agency before which the proceeding was initiated shall set a date, time and place for hearing. The agency shall give notice of hearing to all parties to the proceeding in accordance with the provisions of Wyoming Statutes section 16-3-101 et seq., as amended. Such notice shall be given personally or by certified or registered mail with return receipt thereof not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of hearing. If notice of hearing is given by mail, the computation of time shall begin to run on the date the notice is deposited into United States mail. All issues and matters involved in a proceeding shall be presented on behalf of the governing body of the Municipality or other rule making agency of the Municipality, as the case may be, by an officer or agent of such agency as designated by it. Any contestee may be represented personally or by counsel subject to the provisions of section 1-8-17 of this chapter.
