Any proceeding initiated under this chapter may be concluded by stipulation, agreed settlement, consent order or default of the parties or motion and order of dismissal if any such disposition is approved by the agency before which it was initiated. If a proceeding is so disposed of an appropriate order shall he entered and included in the case record.
