1-8-3: PLACE OF FILING; CONTENTS:
The verified petition shall be filed with the City Clerk and shall set forth:
   A.   Agency Name: The name of the agency to which the petition is directed.
   B.   Contestee Information: The name and address of each contestee and his attorney, if any.
   C.   Legal Description: The legal description and a plat plan of real property involved in the contest, if any.
   D.   Statement Of Facts: A statement, in ordinary and concise language, of the facts upon which the petition is based, including reference to statutory laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders and including any instruments or documents involved in the allegations therein contained.
   E.   Relief Desired: A concise request or prayer for the specific relief desired.
