1-7-12: CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION:
Wyoming Statutes section 22.1-332, as it applies to the Town of Thayne, is amended as follows:
Section 22.1-332. Certificate of election. As soon as the official results of the general election is received from the Town canvassing board, the Town Clerk shall issue certificates of election to the persons receiving the highest number of votes for each office to be filed at the election.
