1-7-11: CANVASSING ELECTION RESULTS:
Wyoming Statutes section 22.1-331, as it applies to the Town of Thayne, is amended to read as follows:
Section 22.1-331. Canvassing results; certification; tie votes. The returns of the Town election shall be canvassed by the Town canvassing board, which shall certify the results in writing to the Town Clerk. A tie vote shall be broken by lots cast by the Town canvassing board.
