1-7-9: PREPARATION OF BALLOTS:
Wyoming Statutes section 22.1-328, as it applies to the Town of Thayne, is amended to read as follows:
Section 22.1-328. Preparation of ballots. The Town Clerk shall prepare ballots which shall be in substantially the same form as the Statewide general election nonpartisan ballot. The name of every candidate legally qualified to appear on the ballot and all Town ballot propositions to be voted on at the election shall be printed thereon.
