1-7-7: VACANCIES IN NOMINATION:
Wyoming Statutes section 22.1-327, as it applies to the Town of Thayne, is amended to read as follows:
Section 22.1-327. Vacancies in nomination. A vacancy in nomination for a Town office to be filled at a Town election occurs if at the time of the Town election there are no qualified nomination applications for the office of Mayor, or there are less than two (2) qualified nomination applications for a Council member. A vacancy in nomination shall be filled by the Town Council.
