1-7-5: NOMINATION APPLICATIONS:

Wyoming Statutes section 22.1-321, as it applies to the Town of Thayne, is amended to read as follows:

Section 22.1-321. Nomination application; filing, fees, etc. Not more than sixty (60) days nor less than twenty (20) days preceding the Town election, each candidate for a Town office shall pay a filing fee of $10.00 and shall sign and file with the Town Clerk an application in substantially the following form:
