Applicant shall file a general subdivision application and re-zone application (if applicable) with the Town Clerk. The application shall include the following:
A. Name and address of the owner and applicant.
B. Legal description of the property to be subdivided.
C. A copy of the deed and easements pertaining to the property.
D. Existing zoning for the property.
E. A list of all landowners who own property within 300 feet of the proposed subdivision.
F. Filing fees.
