11-5-2: PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE:
The landowner(s) and/or has representative shall meet with the Zoning Administrator in a pre-application conference and discuss the following:
   A.   The scope of the proposed project and the applicant’s specific development objectives.
   B.   The applications anticipated project schedule.
   C.   Approvals required by the Town before any development can occur.
   D.   The documents, plans, drawings, fees and other materials that will be that will be needed to process a complete subdivision application.
   E.   Potential issues associated with the subdivision.
