11-1-1: TITLE AND AUTHORITY:
No Person shall subdivide any tract of land in the Town of Thayne (Town), except in conformity with the provisions of this Title.
Adoption of this Title supersedes any and all previous Town subdivision ordinances. An applicant may process applications related to subdivisions as outlined in this Title. Nothing in this ordinance shall exempt applicants from the minimum requirements outlined in the Wyoming State Statutes.
Effective 8/17/2022 any subdividing of property will be based upon the recorded plats with Lincoln County on this date.
